We worked with architects, engineers and the community of Kindersley, SK to develop accurate operational costing projections for three aquatics facility design options. The analysis provided recommendations relating to organizational structure, staffing levels and program scheduling of the proposed facility. A detailed operational budget was also developed that considered estimated operational revenues from admissions, programming, rentals, sponsorship and advertising, as well as estimated operational expenses such as personnel costs, utilities, maintenance, contracted services, administration and insurance.
