Expedition developed a business case to determine the need, feasibility, costs, benefits, strategic partnership opportunities and project implementation options for developing a full-sized indoor soccer pitch facility in Strathcona County. We completed a comprehensive business case that included facility concept options, a review of potential operating models, a detailed financial analysis, a complete staffing plan and a capital funding plan.
A detailed, multi-year operational budget was developed combined with a comprehensive market analysis. We described the need for the facility based on multiple indicators including demand indicators, current supply, impacts on other communities, partner interest, population projections, strategic alignment and others.
Upon completion of the business case, Expedition was commissioned to complete a variety of implementation items required to further the vision of developing the new facility.
